Why did you choose BIDMC?: I had the pleasure of rotating here as a medical student and was beyond impressed. The quality of training here is exceptional – high acuity, large patient volumes, variety in training sites, unparalleled flexibility thanks to the 3+1 structure, and resources to support an academic or community trajectory. More importantly though, I was blown away by the residents, attendings and the overall culture of the program. Everyone here is clinically excellent, but also consistently warm, approachable, thoughtful, and kind.
